We offer standard delivery within 3-5 working days across the UK. For larger furniture items or garden structures, delivery may take up to 7-10 working days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Do your garden products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Christow garden furniture and outdoor equipment come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link and a unique tracking number to monitor your delivery progress.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer assembly services for large furniture items?
Currently, our furniture is delivered flat-packed with comprehensive instructions for self-assembly. We do not offer a professional assembly service at this time.
